Celebrating the Jazz Couriers - Volume 2

The live recording made these two nights has been released as a CD. So this is something very special for those lucky enough to attend. This is both a tribute to and an attempt to recreate the original recordings of the classic, iconic, British modern jazz group co-led by saxophonists Tubby Hayes and Ronnie Scott between 1957 and 1960. The modern day Jazz Couriers are Martin Drew (drums), Mornington Lockett (tenor saxophone), Nigel Hitchcock (tenor saxophone), Steve Melling (piano) and Andy Cleyndert (bass and recording engineer).
